AVP/DGM/Business Development Manager (United States) Intec:

Intec is a leading BIM and engineering services consultancy, providing high quality solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. With global presence and a team of highly skilled professionals, Intec specializes in BIM implementation, virtual design & construction (VDC), has operations/projects across USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, India, and Australia and APAC region. Intec is looking to hire services of an experienced professional for its business development efforts in U.S.A.

Position Title: AVP/DGM/Business Development Manager

Location: Maryland, USA

Nature of Job: Full Time/Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role will play a pivotal role in expanding Intec's Architecture/Engineering (A/E) business by spearheading sales initiatives for Design-Assist/BIM/VDC services internationally.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, with a focus on leading A/E design and construction contracting firms in North America, Europe, UK, and APAC.

2. Promoting Intec's core services, including Architecture, Structure, MEPF design assist, and BIM development, to key stakeholders.

3. Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure seamless client experiences and deliverables.

4. Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets as established by the organization.

Essential Skills/Attributes of the Ideal Candidate :

1. Any BE /B.Tech / B.Arch - MEP, Civil, Architecture preferred.

2. Demonstrated track record of at least 10 years in B2B sales within the A/E industry or related field.

3. Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to foster connections with diverse stakeholders.

4. Strong capabilities to structure and negotiate contracts with prospective and existing clients.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently.

7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and navigating ambiguity.
