**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- **Telephone Handling**: Answer phone calls promptly, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
- **Record Keeping and Filing**: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Address customer or client inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- **Supervising Housekeeping Team**: Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Security Management**: Ensure visitor logs are updated, and monitor access to the office to maintain security protocols.
- **Mail and Courier Management**: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Coordinate couriers and deliveries.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹11,096.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
