Should be well versed with tally data entry like purchase, sales, receipt, payment, bank reco., generating PO etc.
- Should have knowledge of GST, PT & TDS - working and returns both
- Should be able to issue Eway bill, sales Invoices and coordinating with client, transporter and factory people for dispatches
- Should be able to do follow up with vendors and clients for payment and other matter
- Maintaining stock register, issuing PO from Tally and follow up with vendors for quotation, PO, material delivery
- Assisting to PPIC person in requirement, stock calculation and PO
- Other miscellaneous works related to accounts, dispatch, payments, follow ups or any work given by CMD should be able to do it.
- Assisting PPIC person in physical stock taking
- Visiting factory once in month or quarter for physical stock verification.

**Experience**

**Qualification**

Graduate from Commerce background is preferable. Science or Arts graduate with relevant experience may also apply.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
