**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and monitor call center operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and workload distribution for call center staff.
- Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
- Analyze call metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
