What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing a brand-new team of call centre agents
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Driving sales performance by motivating and coaching your team to meet and exceed targets
- Managing a rota-based 40-hour work week to cover UK time zones
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to potential private dental patients
- Reporting on performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced call centre environment
- A strong sales focus with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent English communication – both spoken and written
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing KPIs, rotas, and performance plans
- Previous experience working with UK clients or within the healthcare sector is a plus
