Job description

A Call Centre Executive serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. They manage inbound and outbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call centre software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.

* There will be no Night Shift or Target.
