- Design & development of training content.
- Design & development of evolution/assessment method
- Formulate training plan/ calendar and communication to field (service dealers and end customers)
- Authorized to report to Sr. management any nonconformity related to IMS.
- Implement actions generated through incident investigations.
- Report all accidents & near-miss incidents to safety officer within 8 hrs. of occurrence.
- Tracking the operations/ utilisation of all regional training centres.
- Update training mangers in line with product development, field machine problems & resolution
- Evaluation of training quality at all regional training centers.
- Upgrade training centers for resource requirement (machine, tools, tackles, special tools, and measuring tools etc.)
- Implement corrective actions related to IMS.
