**BeeperMD** looking for passionate Spanish and English speaking customer representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **

1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.

2. Excellent verbal Skills in **Spanish and English **Languages.

3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.

4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

5. Support customers across telecommunications.

1. Spanish Fluency level: B2.

2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In **Spanish and English**.

4. **Flexible with a 24/7 Environment**.

5. Must have worked with **International BPO in voice process**.

**Shift**: Rotational Shift(24*7) and 5 Days working.

**Job Location**:Should be willing to relocate to **Chandigarh.** we don't provide work from home opportunity
