Telecaller - Travel & Hospitality Sales (Goa Property Bookings)

RoomzAway is looking for an energetic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our sales and guest engagement team. You will be responsible for outbound calling to travel agents to generate group bookings and for nurturing relationships with current and past guests to improve guest experience and drive reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls to travel agents** across India to pitch our holiday rental properties in Goa
- Conduct **follow-up calls** with agents to convert leads into group bookings
- Call guests with **confirmed bookings** to set expectations and answer questions before check-in
- Call **checked-out guests** to thank them and request feedback or reviews on Airbnb/Google
- Maintain daily logs of calls and lead follow-ups
- Share offers, group packages, and promotions with agents as needed

**Who You Are**
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (additional regional languages a plus)
- Prior experience in **telecalling or sales** (experience in travel/hospitality preferred)
- Good with **CRM tools, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets**:

- Self-motivated, persuasive, and consistent in follow-ups
- Comfortable working remotely or from Goa
