Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, flights, and other tourism services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, offers, and company services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Tourism background preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or Sales Agent (preferably in travel/tourism).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Good sales and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth bookings and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
