The Associate 2 (Finance and Accounts) will record the transaction in the books as per Accounting Standard, prepare MIS, vouch the expenses, and assists in Month-end and year-end closing.

**Responsibilities (Duties)**:
- Bookkeeping: - Maintaining accounting record in Software.
- Reconciles bank accounts monthly, and addresses inquiries related to the bank accounts.
- Record and review month-end and annual closing journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules for assigned ledger accounts
- Provides support with audit; gathers necessary documents and prepares and reviews schedules.
- Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Assist in direct and Indirect Tax payment and Filling
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
- 2+ years of related experience required.
- Familiarity with Accounting systems required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting.
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
