**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage customer billing.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- **Budget Tracking**: Assist in monitoring budgets and expenditures, providing insights for financial planning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
