**Responsibilities**:

- Process **payments to vendors and suppliers** accurately and efficiently.
- Handle **bank-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and online transactions.**:

- Prepare and maintain reports on payables and receivables.
- Generate **collection reports to track outstanding payments and follow up with customers as **needed.
- Conduct **bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness** of financial records.
- Assist in **budgeting and forecasting processes **as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.**:

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
