**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Must have Experienced in Government e-procurement CPPP and other tender portals, Government E-Market Place
- Must be able to add new Product/catalogue on GEM portal
- Taking Follow Up, Comprehensive Tender Bidding And Payment Realization Management
- Preparing The Proposals With Creating, Pricing, And Quoting Based On Customer

Requirements.
- Mail Your Updated Profile Only If You R Ready To Join Under The Given Budget.
- Able to quote online portal / ireps / e tenders
- Able to register on any e-procurement
- **Willing to travel PAN INDIA to visit tender issuing authorities for tender laisoning**

**Types of Tender: Offline tenders, Online tenders/E-tendering, Online live bidding.**

**Tender Search & NIT download**:
Tender search on third party portal
Tender search on search engines
Tender & NIT delivery by the third party portal

**Pre tendering**
Contact the tender issuing authority:
To understand the procedure and deadlines.
For any scheduled pre-bid meetings.
To create a relationship & get acquainted with the concerned person.
To register as a vendor on their procurement portal (e-tender / offline)

**Tender document review & purchase**
Tender document fulfillment
Technical documentation
Financial documentation
Price Bid
EMD/Tender fee

**In depth knowledge of Tender submission, Post tendering, Tender follow-up, Payment & EMD follow-up, Tender preparation**
Shall Contact the Procurement department to market our products and understand their past, present and future interest/requirements in our products.
Acquaint them with our products / send them technical specifications
Help them prepare a tender if they are interested in our products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and punctual
- Must have good knowledge of MS office
- Qualification: - Graduate preferably Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Experience: - 3-5 years

**Specific skill set : Good communication skills** and expertise in MS Office, E-mails and other common platforms required. Flair for Analysis, Liasioning.

**Person should be able to speak & write in English fluently.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
