Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located for our Greater Noida site. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tender requirements, compiling necessary documents, liaising with various departments, and submitting tenders within deadlines. Additionally, the role requires maintaining records of submitted tenders and monitoring their progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-Procurement platforms, including hands-on participation in online bidding, registration, and compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing, reviewing, and managing comprehensive tender documents as per industry standards and client requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, regulatory guidelines, and tender documentation standards relevant to government and private contracting in India.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and a meticulous approach, ensuring all documents and submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or tender management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently to meet strict deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing sector or with water cooler industry tenders is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
