- PG :Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post-Graduation

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handling or working on GEM Portal (GovteMarket), E-procurement & E-Tender Portal
- Should be able to identify risk factors/points in the tender document, BOQ, RFP that are worthy of attention by the company
- Should have knowledge of online registration on the various portal for tender.
- Should have insights of searching for the right tender, RFP or Bid from different tender portals.
- Should also be willing and able to liaison with government officials to follow-up on potential tenders.
- Tender search and download as per material category from various sites.
- Checking for EMD/ exemption and tenderfee.
- Fetching and analysis pre-qualification criteria.
- Preparing documents as per pre-qualification and tender requirement.
- Verifying documents with tender department head.
- After approval and sign, scanning and uploading the tender online and if required submitting offline.
- Checking Status of bid after date of bid opening.
- Handling queries related to tender documents. Preparing Bank Guarantee as a Security deposit & forwarding to accounts department.
- Preparing and Maintaining Agreement for Channel Partners
- Follow ups for payment

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Total Work: 3 years (preferred)
