**Job Description - Customer Relation Executive / Sales Coordinator**

**Location**: Kottayam
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in understanding services, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and track service history for follow-ups and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and other documentation.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Assist in planning promotional events and campaigns.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales coordination (automotive industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
