LOCATION BIGWING The Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator is responsible for generating sales maintaining customer relationships and managing rider delivery field staff operations The role combines field sales activities with operational coordination to ensure smooth customer Key Responsibilities Promote and sell automobile products accessories and services to individual and corporate clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Conduct test drives explain product features and assist customers with financing and documentation Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports Rider Coordination Responsibilities Plan assign and monitor rider schedules for vehicle deliveries pick-ups and other service tasks Ensure riders follow company policies dress code and customer service standards Track daily rider activities route efficiency and fuel usage Handle rider attendance performance and disciplinary issues Coordinate between sales service and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations Maintain records of delivery status vehicle movements and rider performance Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Marketing or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driving license two four-wheeler preferred Key Competencies Customer-focused attitude Team coordination and leadership Negotiation and persuasion skills Time management and accountability Problem-solving and adaptability Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
