We are looking for a **Restaurant Service Boy** with excellent service skills and a strong background in hospitality to join our team at **Hotel Rainbird**, Port Blair. If you are enthusiastic, well-spoken, and passionate about providing great dining experiences, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and attend to guests in a **polite, professional, and friendly manner**.
- **Take and manage customer orders** accurately and efficiently.
- Write clear and complete **KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets)** for seamless kitchen coordination.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with the right service techniques.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and table setting.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism.
- Support team members and communicate effectively with kitchen and front office staff.
- Keep track of table turnovers and assist with billing when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in restaurant service, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining setting.
- Must have knowledge of **KOT writing** and order-taking process.
- Excellent **spoken communication skills** in Hindi and English; Bengali is a plus.
- Well-groomed and courteous with a **guest-first attitude**.
- Strong knowledge of **restaurant service etiquette** and dining room operations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours.
- Punctual, disciplined, and a strong team player.
