We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Back Office Executive. The role involves handling administrative and support tasks related to insurance policies, claims processing, documentation, and customer service support. This is a non-customer-facing role that plays a key part in ensuring smooth back-end operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update policyholder records in internal systems.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in all policy-related documents.
- Support underwriters and claims teams by preparing and reviewing necessary documents.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries for internal use or client review.
- Coordinate with front-office staff for resolving policy-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with audits and other administrative projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in commerce, business, or related field).
- Prior experience in insurance operations or a similar administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of different insurance products (life, health, general, etc.).
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance in insurance.

Salary - upto 25k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,749.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
