**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Promote and market mattress and linen products to prospective clients in the hospitality and healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct field marketing activities and on-site visits to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align with overall company goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients from inquiry to delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales and product marketing.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and field marketing.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: Personal bike for travel and field visits.
- A passion for sales, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer behavior trends.
