**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Dealers)

**Education**: Graduate or MBA in any stream

**Salary Package**: Rs 20K - 30K CTC (Depending on experience and qualifications)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Actively seek new dealer & appoint them as per company policy and establish relationships to expand the company dealer network.
- Ready to Travel PAN India metro cities for dealer Network.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Opal Furnitech products to dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for dealers, showcasing the features and benefits of our furniture range.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing dealer inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and dealer meets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed sales decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 year of experience in sales, specifically dealing and developing dealers’ network in the furniture or relevant **i**ndustry.
- Preferly MBA or Graduate in any stream.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with dealers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
