**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and contractors. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Ferroart’s offerings. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address any queries or concerns promptly.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and customer preferences.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Ferroart’s product range and interior design solutions to effectively educate clients and provide expert advice.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
