As we expand, we are looking for skilled, enthusiastic individuals to join our **Sales & Marketing Team** and support backend operations.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Sales & Data Entry Executive** who can manage customer inquiries, assist the sales team, and maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and has a flair for customer communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by entering and managing client data, quotations, and order details
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and client interactions
- Prepare and send invoices, product catalogs, and promotional materials
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order tracking and updates
- Generate basic sales reports and assist in preparing marketing presentations
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
