Job Summery
Driving sales, building relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving sales targets for assigned products or territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meeting and exceeding pre-determined sales targets and objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their needs promptly. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for FMCG products. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base. Promoting products and special deals to customers.
- **Market Analysis and Intelligence**:
Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities. Staying informed about market trends and competitor strategies for strategic decision-making.
- **Order Processing and Inventory Management**:
Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely product delivery. Managing inventory levels with supply chain and logistics teams.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Distribution and Merchandising**:
Ensuring proper distribution of products to retailers.
Ensuring a high standard of product presence and merchandising in stores.
- **Promotions and Merchandising**:
Implementing promotional activities at the highest possible standard.
Identifying target outlets for promotional activities.
- **Negotiation and Persuasion**:
Negotiating sales, prices, contracts, and payments with customers.
Persuading customers to purchase products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Essential for building relationships and interacting with customers.
- **Sales and negotiation skills**: Ability to effectively persuade customers and close deals.
- **Market knowledge**: Understanding of the FMCG industry, products, and customer needs.
- **Analytical skills**: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to address customer issues and find solutions.
- **Organizational skills**: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: FMCG sales often involves both individual work and collaboration with other team members.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**: The FMCG industry is dynamic and requires adaptability.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
