Job Role :Sales executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, approach potential customers, and convert sales for skincare products.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and individual customers.
Product Demonstration & Promotion: Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage to drive sales.
Market Research: Monitor customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain sales records, provide customer feedback, and prepare reports for management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
1+ years of sales experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or wellness products (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and product promotions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
