- Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to promote products.
Content Development: Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging product visuals, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Market Research & Trends: Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
Retail & E-commerce Support: Work with sales and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all sales channels.
Influencer & PR Collaborations: Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and media for brand promotions and partnerships.
Performance Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and suggest improvements.
Customer Engagement: Develop and manage loyalty programs, events, and other brand-building initiatives.
**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry).
Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
Knowledge of natural skincare trends, ingredients, and sustainable beauty is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, influencer marketing, and PR collaborations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
