**Job Summary**:
As a **Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)**, you will be responsible for implementing and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and followers.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Support the team in creating content for blogs, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure website updates align with marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
