About Us:
AVR Decor is a leading home decor store offering a wide range of stylish and premium quality decor items to transform homes into beautiful living spaces. We are looking to expand our team with a Sales Executive who will drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.
**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive at AVR Decord, your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance their home decor experience. You will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business by increasing sales and promoting our product range effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting home decor items that suit their preferences and requirements.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability. Effectively communicate these details to customers.
Sales: Actively promote and upsell products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring popular items are well-stocked and organized.
Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support, address any customer queries or concerns, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home decor or retail sector.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
Product Knowledge: A good understanding of home decor trends, products, and materials is a plus.
Sales Ability: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
