We are looking for a female Showroom Executive / Inside Sales professional who is passionate about technology, design, and customer interaction. The role involves managing daily customer visits, presenting smart home and home theater solutions, and working closely with the sales and technical team to provide a premium experience at our Experience Center.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Showroom & Client Handling
- Greet walk-in clients and provide a professional, warm welcome
- Present and demonstrate our Smart Home, Lighting, and Home Theater product basket with confidence and clarity
- Maintain a world-class showroom environment with updated displays and demo-ready setups
- Sales Coordination & Support
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to offer the right solution
- Share brochures, quotations, and product insights with prospects
- Manage CRM entries and follow-ups on leads generated through visits or inquiries
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and technical teams during presentations and client meetings
- Help organize site visits, online demos, or director meetings as needed
- Support planning and execution of showroom-based events or demo sessions
- Product Knowledge & Learning
- Stay updated with new products, automation features, and technologies offered
- Participate in internal product training and client-facing demo workshops
**Desired Profile**:
- Well-groomed and confident in customer-facing roles
- Prior experience in showroom management, luxury retail, or smart solutions is preferred
- Basic understanding of home automation, AV, or lighting will be a plus
- Fluent in English and local language (Gujarati/Hindi)
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduate in any discipline (business, electronics, design, or hospitality background preferred)
