**Key Responsibilities**: - **Customer Engagement**: Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements. - **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability. Be able to confidently answer customer questions and provide detailed information. - **Sales & Consultation**: Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice and recommendations based on their needs. Showcase products effectively, highlighting their unique selling points. - **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. - **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. - **Showroom Management**: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom. Ensure that products are displayed attractively and that promotional materials are up-to-date. - **Reporting**: Track sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights into customer trends and market feedback. - **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with the showroom team and other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives. **Qualifications**: - **Gender**: Female (This is a specific requirement for this role to maintain gender balance in our sales team and to connect with our female clientele, who form a significant portion of our customer base.) - **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom environment," or "Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply." - **Skills**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Customer-centric approach with a positive and friendly attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using a POS (Point of Sale) system and basic computer skills. - A keen eye for detail and a knack for visual merchandising. - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and commission structure. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A positive and supportive work environment. - Employee discounts on our products.
