**Designation: Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**
- As soon as visitors arrive at the workplace, greet and welcome them.
- Refer guests to the right person and office.
- Respond to, filter, and transfer incoming calls.
- Make sure the reception area has all the required stationery and supplies (such as pens, forms, and brochures) and is neat and attractive.
- Every day, receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safe procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory in stock.
- Schedule meetings and update calendars.
- Make travel and lodging arrangements and create vouchers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all office costs and expenses.
- Other clerical receptionist chores, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

**Salary:9k -15k**

**Experience:1 year**

**Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.**

**Joining: Asap**

**Age limit: 25-35 yr, female only.**
