**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage check-ins, membership inquiries, and sign-ups.
- Handle payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
- Provide information about gym services, schedules, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team.
- Ensure members feel supported in their fitness journey.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude.
