Gold’s Gym Rajahmundry, part of the globally recognized Gold’s Gym brand, is committed to providing a premium fitness experience. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests.

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the gym. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing check-ins and memberships, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage member check-ins, trial registrations, and appointment scheduling
- Process new memberships, renewals, and payments accurately
- Maintain and update member records in the system
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, presentable, and well-organized
- Support promotional campaigns and assist in client engagement activities
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalate issues as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
- Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate

How to Apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
