## **About Us**

NS Tax Consultancy is a professional tax and financial services firm providing GST, Income Tax, Accounting, and related consultancy services. We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our Rajahmundry branch.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office with courtesy.
- Maintain client records and manage appointment schedules.
- Assist in basic office administration and documentation.
- Provide support to the tax and accounts team for routine tasks.
- Guide clients with basic information related to tax and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

## **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Intermediate with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle front desk operations confidently.
- **Basic understanding of taxation / financial services** preferred (training will be provided).
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
