Job Title:Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. This role involves welcoming visitors, answering and making calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and make phone calls to clients, customers, and vendors as needed
- Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure security procedures are followed
- Order and manage office supplies, reporting any maintenance issues

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
