**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Create and manage company social media profiles to build awareness and engage with potential customers.
**Content Creation & Management**: Develop, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
**Campaign Execution**: Design, launch, and oversee social media advertising campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness.
**Community Management**: Monitor social media accounts, respond to user comments and messages, and cultivate leads and sales.
**Performance Analysis**: Analyze key metrics, track campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content and messaging are consistent with the company's brand values and voice.
**Collaboration**: Work with other departments (like content, graphics, and marketing) to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
**Influencer Outreach**: Develop and expand outreach efforts with third-party influencers to boost brand presence.
**Market Research**: Conduct research to understand consumer behavior and analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
**Education**: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
**Experience**: Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management is crucial
Must be comfortable for site visit for the Collaboration and Content creation purpose.
