Helping the employee to move in right direction to reach company’s objective.
- Creating awareness about Health, Hygiene and Safety, company policies, etc.,
- Floor Visit on daily basis to understand the concerns and better connectivity with the employees.
- Handling Petty Grievance and making the aggrieved employee comfortably on day to day basis.
- As and when required listening to the employees concerns or grievance, based on merit of the cases, suggesting for in-house counselling or OHC dept.
- Motivating employee for better performance and align with company policy.
- Checking compliant / Suggestion Box to share with notes and bringing to the knowledge of Management for appropriate action.
- Maintaining Grievance Tracker on daily basis.
- Awareness about social benefits such as PF, ESIC, bonus, leave, etc., as and when required.
- Coordinating for other welfare activities such as events, health check-up drive, employment engagements, safety camps, etc.
- Closely working & monitoring Manpower vendor’s Welfare officer and time office executives in day to day activities.
- Closely monitoring Shop floor disciplines and personal etiquette.
- Coordination for Customer audit, compliance audit and labour related queries by Govt. authorities.
- Collection of the ER data for various reports as and when required.
