(Fill the details) - Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX. - Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID. Eligibility: - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3), Non-Technical, Human resource stream preferred. - Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts Position Overview- Employee Relations incumbent will be responsible to support the resolution of employee concerns and ensure fair, consistent application of workplace policies. This role involves working closely with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to provide guidance on employee relations matters, maintain compliance, and promote a positive employee experience. Skills Required- - 15 years of HR/employee relations experience. - In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and workplace practices. - Strong conflict resolution and counseling skills. - Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) - Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles - Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations. - Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build trust. - Problem-solving mindset with fair and practical judgment. - Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Familiarity with HRIS or case management tools is an advantage. - Collaborative approach and a passion for improving the employee experience. Role Responsibilities- - Manages more complex employee relations cases, concerns, and grievances, supports independent investigations, and partners with HR and compliance teams to ensure fair resolutions. - Support investigations into workplace matters such as performance issues, conduct, or policy violations. - Ensure accurate documentation of cases in HR systems or case management tools. - Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. - Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful approach. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance teams where required. - Track and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Support data collection and reporting on employee relations trends and insights. - Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
