**What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)**:

- **Market Research & Industry Analysis -**Conduct data-driven research on competitive landscape, trends, and new opportunities.
- **Execute Projects -** Help plan, manage, and complete key tasks of every project that contribute to the execution for real startup growth.
- **Work with Different Teams -** Collaborate across multiple functions (strategy, product, sales & marketing), ensuring teamwork efficiency, strategic and seamless execution.
- **Develop an Entrepreneurial Mindset -** Learn to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, take ownership and report the same to the management in regular intervals.
- **Solve Real Problems -**Identify challenges, think critically, and find smart solutions — just like a startup leader would.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree (Business, Engineering, Commerce, Economics / relevant field preferred).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to effectively articulate.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient with MS Office is a plus but not mandatory.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
