**What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Work closely with the Founder to support strategic planning and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Independently execute projects across domains such as strategy, positioning, product, marketing and growth, while aligning key decisions with the Founder.
- Identify challenges and think critically to propose practical, well-reasoned solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to support business initiatives and surface new opportunities.
- Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and deliver clear updates to ensure alignment with broader goals.
- Build systems and processes that improve efficiency and drive execution excellence.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing ambiguity, while ensuring critical calls are made with the Founder’s direction.
- Maintain high accountability in ensuring day-to-day actions reflect the organization’s strategic intent.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- **1/ 1+ years of experience** in startups, business strategy, project execution or high-responsibility roles.
- **Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills** (written & verbal).
- **Ability to handle multiple projects at once** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Bonus**: Experience with Trello, JIRA, or MS Office is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
