**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging and on-brand content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform tools
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to align messaging and campaign objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar for basic content creation
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
