**Job Title**: Social Media Executive
**Location**: Coimbatore
**Experience: 5-8 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and enhance the brand's presence across social media platforms.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster community engagement and maintain a consistent brand reputation and voice across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to create high-quality content tailored to target audiences.

**Deliverables**:

- Develop and schedule three localized posts per week for sub-accounts.
- Create three diverse brand-level posts per week for central accounts.
- Provide social media content calendar suggestions aligned with business objectives.
- Tailor content to effectively target vendor, landlord, tenant, and buyer personas.
- Maintain consistent brand reputation and voice across all social platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators and set achievable targets for improvement.
- Offer quarterly social media webinars to educate and engage franchisees.
- Conduct free social media audits for branches, identifying upsell opportunities.
- Assist with the development of 40 seasonal social media graphic templates in Canva for franchisee use.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on social channel performance and user engagement metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in running social media audits and identifying areas for growth

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
