We are looking for a **YouTube Coordinator** to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Board Channels, covering **Board English**, **Board Hindi**, and **CUET**. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers with a creative mindset and a passion for content creation in the education domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with educators to plan and create engaging content tailored for **Board and CUET aspirants**.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase channel visibility, subscriber base, and audience engagement.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve video content, presentation styles, and overall channel appeal.
- Coordinate with educators and the production team to ensure seamless video production and timely uploads.
- Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to track channel performance and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and competitor strategies in the education domain to keep the content relevant.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost engagement and drive traffic to the channels.

**Skills Required**:

- **Freshers** with a creative mindset and innovative thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align effectively with educators.
- Proactive attitude toward planning, executing, and achieving growth-oriented goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
