Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Manager, located in Noida. The YouTube Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Testbook's YouTube channel, creating and curating engaging video content, analyzing channel performance, and implementing strategies to increase viewership and subscriber numbers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with content creators, editing videos, conducting SEO and keyword research for videos, and engaging with the community through comments and social media interaction.

Qualifications

  • YouTube channel management, Video Content Creation, and Editing skills
  • SEO and Keyword Research experience for video optimization
  • Analytical skills to track performance and drive growth
  • Ability to engage with the community and manage social media interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Noida
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but not mandatory
