**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about optimizing video content to rank higher, reach wider audiences, and drive engagement? We are looking for a strategic and creative **YouTube SEO Specialist** to join our team and take our YouTube presence to the next level.

You will be responsible for executing data-driven SEO strategies tailored specifically for YouTube, enhancing discoverability, improving CTRs, and increasing organic video performance across our channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research & Analysis**
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover trending and relevant terms.
- Analyze search trends and audience behavior to optimize titles, tag, and descriptions.

**Video Optimization**
- Strategize and implement SEO best practices to maximize video visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to align video content with SEO goals.
- Optimize thumbnails to increase click-through rates.

**Competitor Research**
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and monitor competitor channels.
- Identify opportunities to outperform competitors in search results.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track SEO performance using YouTube Analytics and industry tools (vidIQ, SEMrush, MOZ, etc.).
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work with the marketing team to integrate SEO into broader campaigns.
- Coordinate with editors and developers to optimize content and site performance.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in YouTube SEO.
- Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms and video ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, vidIQ, Similarweb, MOZ, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
