**Sales & Marketing Intern - 6 Months**

**Location**: Hyderabad (On-site)
**Stipend**: ₹15,000 / month
**Potential**: Full-time conversion based on performance

**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven and adaptable Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with the Co-Founder, gaining hands-on exposure to real estate SaaS marketing and sales strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing, CRM solutions, and business growth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in lead generation and sales outreach activities
- Support marketing campaigns (digital, events, customer engagement)
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to understand PropFlo’s value proposition
- Prepare pitch decks, sales reports, and customer communication material
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Contribute to brand awareness and growth initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- BBA graduates or MBA (Marketing) graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a zeal to learn and take on new challenges
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts preferred
- Tech-savvy mindset is a plus
