Job Title: Inside Sales-Intern
Company: RevSoc Digital
Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Tele caller you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and promoting our products/services while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
Present and promote our products/services to potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Build and maintain a database of prospects and manage leads using our CRM system.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales pitches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer responses to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
