Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM,

About Us: Bluphlux is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Information technology. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern who has a strong understanding of marketing and sales to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the business development field while contributing to our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential clients.
- Help in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Track leads, opportunities, and client feedback to ensure successful follow-ups.
- Support in managing CRM software and updating client information.
- Help optimize the sales funnel to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Assist in organizing business development and marketing events or campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive in taking on tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or experience in business development or marketing is a plus but not required.
