**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical intern to join our Marketing & Sales Analytics team. As an intern, you will play a key role in analyzing data to uncover insights that drive marketing strategies, optimize sales performance, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generate actionable insights from data to support marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales efforts, providing regular reports to the team.

Support the development of dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.

Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and performance benchmarks.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to test and optimize campaigns based on data findings.

Research customer behavior and preferences to inform segmentation and targeting strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software is a plus.

Basic understanding of SQL or programming languages like Python/R is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
